feeling better

hi everyone !

so recently I have been feeling a bit poopy so I thought I would share with you how I made myself feel better.


1~ surround yourself with people who make you happy and love you weather this is family or friends
      laughter is the best medicine.

2~watch your favourite movie, personally Disney are the best, the old classics and the recent ones
    or watch your favourite TV show or youtubers.

3~have a pamper evening! this is probably the best way to feel better, I've done a blog post on cosy     nights in so if you want me to do one of a pamper evening let me know

4~ have a great night sleep, I always feel so refreshed and better after I have a great night sleep.

5~ if you have a good luck charm or anything lucky carry it around with you! it sounds weird but it may help.

if you are going through a bad time it will be okay whatever it is.
