my mind

i have a book, its quite a big book, but it's also boring, and i have to read it everyday. it can be very horrid at times, so horrid i think i might just tear the pages up or at least make a mark in it but i like to keep this book in tact even if it is as terrible as i think it is. it changes slightly, maybe the moral changes a bit or something new happens, but it's usually the same.
this book is my life.

its full of creatures that are called worries, they have their own personality so i thought i'd introduce them to you.

the first creature is called pandora.. this worry is a very big one and has the biggest part in my book, she takes up most of my mind, she makes me worry about my GCSE's that im taking soon, she makes me think that i'll fail them and i wont be any good.

this is... jeff.
he makes me worry that i won't follow through on any life goals or aspirations in life, he makes me worry that i'll spend everyday as a lazy sunday .

this one is kit. he stresses me out so much, hes kind of like jeff but he makes me worry that im not good enough to do what i want with my life, he really annoys me... a lot.

heres sarah. my money worry.

and heres eva, my constant worry that im not trying hard enough.

comment down below your worries in a really creative way, like a book, monsters. anything. id love to read them

interview with becky bea blog

hello everyone!

today im doing a post that i've never done before and im really exited about it, today's post is an interview with becky bea blog , go check her blog because shes doing an interview with me and you can find out a bit more about me.

1. what made you start blogging?
-A variety of things really, I wanted a new hobby and I read a lot of blogs so thought I would give it a try and here I am!

2. whats your favourite thing about blogging?
-By far the blogging community. Everyone is so caring and understanding, like one big family!

3. what is your favourite post that you've posted?
-This is a tough one. Probably my little rant called 'Yes I got higher than Becky' because I just go to open up and release what I had been bottling up inside

4.  what make up itne can you not live without?
     -No7 beautiful brow pencil

5. what skin care item can you not live without?
-probably just my simple face wash

6. whats your favourite song?
   -Bright by EchoSmith

7. whats your favourite food?
-PASTA. I love pasta and could probably live off of it if I had too.

8. whats your favourite movie?
-Tough one because I have so many! It's between St Trinians and Grown Ups.

9. what would you say is a spring essential?
-A floral skirt/dress as it really puts me in the mood for spring and summer

10. if you could go anywhere in the world where would you go?
-Somewhere in Italy, possibly Rome. Italy looks like such a beautiful country.

11. what do you do to make yourself feel better?
-Eat...haha that's probably not the best thing to do! I put on one of my favourite films, put on my fairy lights and snuggle up in a blanket.

12. what advice would you give your younger self?
-Well cheeky little plug here, I wrote a post about there here > http://www.beckybeablog.blogspot.co.uk/2015/04/thirteen-things-i-would-tell-my.html?m=1 … ! I would tell my younger self to stand up for myself more and stop caring what other people think

13. what advice would you give to a new blogger?
-Be yourself. You're not going to gain a hundred followers over night and blog because you want to    not because you feel like you have too.
Also get involved in as many twitter chats as possible because they are great for building     relationships with other bloggers

14. who is your celebrity crush?
-It's not really a 'celebrity crush' but I absolutely adore Ed Sheeran.

15. tell us the weirdest thing about yourself.
-I don't know...I don't really have anything that weird or interesting about myself, I'm pretty average!

thank you becky for doing this post with me it was so fun

Spring Morning Routine | collaboration

Hi everyone I hope your all well

Before I start this post I want to tell you that this is a collaboration with the gorgeous Lily from http://www.lilyroserichards.blogspot.co.uk/ she will be doing a evening routine so be sure to check that out and follow her blog because it's amazing.

So the first thing i do when I wake up is lay in bed for up to an hour just on my social media just checking everything, which is really bad on school mornings because I normally spend way too much time on them and I end up late. (follow me on my social medias if you havent already)

Then I'll go downstairs and get breakfast and a drink
most of the time i'll have a bagel and some apple juice or water because it really wakes me up in the morning
then ill watch some tv, i love to watch the kardashians or F.R.I.E.N.D.S

Then I'll go back upstairs, brush my teeth and get ready if I'm going out
First I'll wash my face, with the 'simple kind to skin moisturising facial wash'.
I love this as it leaves my face feeling soft and it really controls oils, i would really recommend this.

then ill use the 'simple kind to skin light moisturiser', this really helps dry skin instantly.
then after that i'll get changed into whatever i want to wear that day and do my hair.

then its finally time for makeup, as its spring i like to keep it simple with a really nice glowing face.
i normally just use a concealer as i don't like the feel of a BB cream or a foundation on my face, the concealer i use is the 'maybelline anti age rewind concealer',
when i first got this i didnt like it but now i use it nearly everyday im starting to love it.

then ill bronze my face with the 'rimmel london natural bronzer in 021 sunlight', and this gives a really nice natural bronze to my face like i've naturally got a tan,

then ill use my blusher, i love to use the sleek rose gold blush, this is a really nice pinky blush with lots of shimmer in so its basically a blusher and a highlight in one,

then ill do my eyebrows, i use the 'soap and glory archery 2 in 1 brow filling pencil and brush',
this is a god send, whenever my eyebrows are a mess, this makes them look so much better, you can use light strokes to make them look more natural or you can use harder strokes to make them stronger.

then its time for eyeshadow, i normally use my naked palette for eyeshadow, but today i used the 'maybelline 24 hour colour tattoo in on and on bronze' you can apply an eyeshadow on top to make it more smokey, but i prefer it without.

then ill apply my mascara, im using the new 'maybelline lash sensational lash multiplying mascara'
i love this mascara because it gives a lot of length and thickness which i love, but the one bad thing about it is that its bit too clumpy for me, but over all i love it

make sure you check out lily's blog post over on her blog, tell me what you get up to on a weekend

my favourite shops | collaboration

hi everyone
this post today is a collaboration with one of my really good friends Coleen from https://classicclassification so be sure to check out her post and her blog, her post is her favourite designers.

so as you can tell by the title mine is about my favourite shops, i hope you enjoy!

1~ New Look.

I love this store as it has so many different things like jewelry, shoes, makeup and of course clothes, they stock so many different styles of clothes to suit everybody, they also have clothes for pregnant women so its an amazing choice for everyone. the price for the clothes is also very good, its not too expensive and its always worth it.

2~ topshop

Topshop can be a bit more expensive than the first store, but it has way more things and a different style to New Look. I'd say that Topshop is for people who are interested in fashion more and wouldn't mind paying that little bit more extra for the better quality, the quality of the clothes is super good, i've had clothes from there for about a year now and still looks new.

3~ River Island

I dont often buy clothes from here but i do love the clothes that are in stock, they have the clothes that really appeal to me and that are my style, but again its more on the expensive side but still affordable. i love the jewelry that they stock and its reasonably priced.

4~ Asos

This is an online shop if you didn't already know, i don't normally buy clothes off the website as its quite expensive and you don't really know what the clothes will look like on, but i often go on the website looking for inspiration on what is in fashion, they have so many different clothes and styles so it will suit everyone.

5~ Boohoo

Again this is an online shop, this is a lot cheaper than Asos, and i love this site, they have so many different things to choose from, and so many different styles,

tell me your favourite shops as id love to know and branch out to more shops and remember to visit Coleens blog
thank you ♥

Who are you ?

other than the average, teacher, waitress, student. Who are you ?
maybe you have the best smile in your friendship group.
you might even be the first person in your city to wake up this morning.
you might be the first person to have jumped in that puddle.

if i say the word heaven a completely unique image could pop in your head.
you could be someone's favourite person.
you could be part of someone's favourite memory or a strangers favourite photograph.

you could be the person a stranger fell in love with this morning.
you could smile at a stranger and make their day.
you could be quietly extraordinary.

so, who are you ?

natural make up must haves

for me, natural make up is the best kind of makeup,  if you have good skin i feel that you shouldn't cover it up but sometimes it makes you feel more confident, for me this is definitely the case so in this post i will share with you the makeup products i use when i want to have a natural look.
enjoy!

1~ the famous 'collection lasting perfection concealer'

this concealer is probably the most spoke about product in the beauty industry and there is no question to why it is. the coverage is full coverage but not cakey at all, it covers everything you need covering and more. i do feel that if you have dry skin then this could become cakey within the day but otherwise this is so good.

2~ maybelline BB cream
i feel that if you dont want to wear a full coverage foundation then a BB cream would be best, this one is light coverage but it covers whats needed to be covered and still looks like skin.
but don't wear a foundation or BB cream if its not needed because i feel that if you put of wearing full face make up for longer the better your skin will be in the future.

3~ rimmel london natural bronzer
i feel that bronzer is great for summer time as it bring colour back to your face as in winter you're not as tanned, but i feel that the more natural the bronzer is the better it is so i always opt for the rimmel one as it has no shimmer in it and it isn't orange.

4~ the maybelline colour tattoos

these are so pigmented for so little money, these are so easy to apply, you can use these on their own for a subtle look or you can use other colours to make into a smokey eye look.

5~  the rimmel london 'wonderfull mascara'

when i want a natural look i don't want to wear a clumpy mascara so i normally wear this one, this makes your eyelashes look really nice and fluttery and makes your eyes look a lot bigger which i love, when i run out of this i will buy another one.

i hope you've enjoyed this blog post and i hope this has made you want to go out and buy some new make up
tell me what you like to wear on a daily basis because i'd love to buy some new makeup

thank you ♥

Self confidence

We've all been there where we feel that we're not good enough, were ugly the list could go on
And trust me when I say I've had my fair share of times when I think like that.

im no expert in this subject but i do have some tips that could help you.
we all have times where we feel that we're not good enough or were ugly or useless, but everyone has those times and no matter how hard you try to avoid it, it will happen and i wish someone had told me that before. everyone feels that way once in their lives and i feel we should embrace it, so when we feel great again it feels even better than before.

1~how to feel happy:
look in the mirror and tell yourself that you're pretty, funny and perfect the way you are (add more compliments at this part if you want)  do this every morning and night so you have a great start to the day and a great mind set for the night. it may be hard at first but just keep doing it and trust me it helps.

2~how to stay happy:
my main tip for this would be to surround yourself with things that make you happy, for me this is friends or watching some netflix or F.R.I.E.N.D.S this also makes me feel better if im sad that day, but for me its mainly hang out with friends.

4~ how to bring yourself up if you're feeling down:
this kind of relates to the previous one but its sort of different, i again recommend friends or watching something you enjoy, but i think for this tip you need to be selfish, so have a pamper evening; run yourself a bath and light some candles and just be nice to yourself (i will be doing a pamper evening blog post soon)

5~ being nice to others:
this one is a strange one but i like it. being nice to others. this is hard to do even if you're in the best mood, but i feel that when you're in a bad mood and you do something nice for someone else you instantly feel better about yourself because you've just made someones day easier,
this can be anything from helping someone carry their heavy shopping bag, lending someone 50p on the bus. anything to make their life easier so you can feel happier and makes you feel you can do anything.

i hope this post helped someone please tweet me if it did @libbertymillsx
i struggle with feeling confident just like anyone else just remember that you can do it you can get through it
thank you ♥

beauty wishlist

we've all been there
going into town and seeing everything we like then looking at the price then slowly walking away.
today im going to share with you some beauty products that i wish i could buy.

1~ mac lipstick in rebel    here

this lipstick is a very dark berry slightly more purple colour than other colours
so i think you could only get away with this in the autumn time
i dont think i will be getting this anytime soon because they are around £14 which i think is a bit expensive for just a lipstick (that's my opinion)

2~ soap and glory solar powder

this is so pretty.
this is a bronzer with a bit of a highlight in the middle.
it has two shades, a lighter one and a darker one so when you swirl them
together they make a really nice natural colour.
whenever i go in to buy it they don't
have the right colour for me which is so annoying.

3~ the soap and glory sexy mother pucker gloss sticks

i'm not too sure on every single colour they have but they seem nice
so if you have any tell me what one you have and what they're like.
ive seen a lot of bloggers rave about these and its made me want to get one.

4~ one of the benefit bronzers/ blushes

i've heard some great things about them and they look amazing
the pigmentation is also incredible as i've seen them in the shops
i wanted one for christmas but i didn't get one and i don't think i will be getting one soon
because they are a bit expensive.

5~ the zoeva make up brushes

again i've heard great things about these brushes from many bloggers
the rose gold ones are so pretty as well.
this set is around £55 which is quite expensive i think and the individual brushes are so much cheaper they are around £7 which is so good for really good brushes.
our of this set i really want  the luxe sheer cheek brush, the luxe soft definer brush and the silk finish brush.

i hope you enjoyed this post
tell me if you have any of these products and tell me what they are like

february favourites.

february has gone so fast it seems like a blur.
today im going to be sharing my february favourites.

i have been loving (the most simple thing) vaseline
everyone has it and you have to admit you use it all the time
for me this month has left my skin really dry and not nice, especially my lips
i always have dry lips but in the winter they get worse and it takes forever to heal
so i use vaseline

as you can tell its very well loved
i use this all the time
but as its a massive pot i don't want to take this everywhere so i like to use the kihels lip balm
to take in my bag

i have also been loving the simple toner
i've had this for a long time but never really used it
so i thought it was time i did

i pour it on a cotton pad and swipe it on my face in circular motions around my face
this makes your pores look smaller and even out the skin tone
i love this and will be buying more when i run out
this is so cheap but so good

for cleanser i've loved the body shop cleansing balm
i've used all of this already so its in the bin
its because its so good and makes your skin so soft
as well it takes off all your make up really easily even eye make up
which sometimes can be a pain to remove
here is where you can buy it

talking about eye makeup i have loved the naked pallet

i love this so much
i love all the colours as you can make a really dark smokey eye or a more neutral eye
you can read my review here

tell me what you've been loving through february because id love to know
i hope you enjoyed this post
thank you ♥

The truth

Recently a few things have been on my mind and the other day a super good friend of mine (Collin ha) and I were talking about it and I wanted to share it with you guys to see what you think.
I'll probably take this post down in a couple of days but I want to talk about it.

It's about people judging other people.
In this world people only think about what others think, I have to admit I care what people think far too much! And it's stupid! We get way too caught up in what people think about us we begin lose touch with the real world and what actually matters and that's sad.

We feel that we can't do something's because people will think that's stupid, we feel we can't wear that bright lipstick because someone will think it's horrible or we can't wear that outfit you love because it might not be fashionable.

I have to take my own advice here and say oh well, if people judge you or think that you're doing the wrong thing then that's their problem. Loads of people say that but it's true and I never really saw the truth in that until the other day,
i feel that we should do things that makes us happy and that's what should matter in this world, not what others think of you or what the norm is or whatever but what makes you happy and what makes you comfortable in your own body.

i honestly care about friends or people i know judging me more than i care about strangers judging me but i know with confidence that the close friends i have wont judge me.

this was a strange post and it is completely different to what i normally post but i really wanted to post it, ill probably take it down soon.
but please comment down bellow what you think about this topic and if you have had any experiences with this type of thing.

thank you ♥

naked palette review

hi everyone !
for christmas last year i received the original naked palette so i thought id do a review on it.
you've probably seen many of these before but i just wanted to do it.

This is a warm-toned neutral palette with 2 matte and 10 shimmer shades. It comes in a brown velvet case with a magnetic closure and a small mirror on the inside with a brush. The shades are: Virgin, Sin, Naked, Sidecar, Buck, Half-Baked, Smog, Darkhorse, Toasted, Hustle, Creep and Gunmetal. The Naked Palette is priced at £37. this can be seen as expensive but the quality of the eyeshadows are amazing and so is the pigmentation.

my favourite colours in the palette are sidecar, buck and naked.
i love this palette as you can make a really heavy smokey eye or a really subtle look but still look like you have made effort.
i wear the eye shadows like everyday.
tell me what eyeshadows you like and if you have any naked palettes.

thank you ♥

the chop

hi everyone !

since last summer i have been thinking about cutting my hair.
last summer i thought about it but never really decided whether i was going to or not but recently i decided.
this is a massive thing for me as i have had long hair for like 2 years.
as i have dyed my hair multiple times (even bright pink!!) it's  really damaged and dead and i never wear my hair down because i don't like it. so i thought about it and decided to cut my hair

before

after

As you can see I had a lot taken off but I needed it
Even my hairdresser said I did
I love how my hair has turned out and I love having it short I'm going I start wearing my hair down a lot more as I love it now
Tell me if you've had any drastic hair changes :)

they are different prices for the different styles of jewellery
the jewellery came so fast, in a matter of days.

first i ordered the cute hasam hand choker

this was £4.00

i love wearing this necklace under collars so you can see the fawn underneath

Thanks to the lovely girl that runs the company I have a unique code that can give you 10% off your first purchase, which is an amazing offer! Monday 26 January 2015

motivational Monday

I hope you all have a great week !

today I wanted to talk about an important topic.
I have to admit, when I look in the mirror I don't see what I want to see
I want to see someone who has really nice non damaged hair or someone with out bags under their eyes or whatever next, but im me and that's okay
the society we live in is obsessed with being "perfect" when perfect doesn't exist and everyone wants to be beautiful, but the truth is being beautiful on the outside doesn't get you far.
I think we all need to take sometime out and think about us, not what we look like, but us, what really matters on the inside,
and to be honest I think its better to be better looking on the inside than the outside
(that sounded so weird to type)

thank you x

lush review: dragons egg

Recently I went into lush and picked up a few things, so I though id do a review on dragons egg.
this is £3.35, some people would say that this is a lot but its a really big bath bomb.
lush describe this bath bomb like this:
dragons egg makes bath time exiting as it fizzes and crackles and changes the colour of your water to a gorgeous citrusy gold. Its scent is reminiscent of lemon sherbet, with a hint of jasmine, leaving you  feeling great and ready for a good day. Its citrus scents leave you feeling transformed and invigorated.

I couldn't agree more
the scent is amazing and so fresh, you could use this in a bath in the morning.

when you first put this in the bath nothing really happens, it bounces and bobs around the bath and this is when the smell comes through.
the white outer shell dissolves into a really soft foam.
after a while the bath bomb dissolves and gold glitter comes out of the bath bomb and starts turning the water a gold colour.

after it dissolves more orange foam comes out of the bomb and this is bright orange but the colours not coming out as good in the photos.
after the whole bath bomb has dissolved, your bright orange, glittery bath smells amazing and looks amazing, the water is so moisturising its insane.

after you take the water out of the bath it leaves glitter in the bottom of the bath which is annoying because you have to clean the bath after but overall this bath bomb is amazing and would recommend it to anyone.

thank you x
